Due to a drop in our funding and donations this year, JNF are regrettably unable to progress any new counselling requests.
We will be reviewing this regularly and are endeavouring to resolve this within the next two months. In the meantime, if you would benefit from support, please access other agencies that we share on our website - Urgent Help and Other Support.
Our aim is to reduce the number of suicides in Scotland by helping those who need it gain access to quality counselling.
Two people end their lives in Scotland every day. That’s more than the amount who die on Scotland’s roads in traffic accidents. UK wide suicide is the biggest killer of men between 20 and 49. And that’s even more than cancer and heart disease. Every suicide is a preventable tragedy.
JNF’s aim is to reduce these numbers by helping to fund quality counselling sessions for those who desperately need it, whilst also improving awareness of the issue and the support available.
