About
My training is in both psychodynamic and person-centred approaches to therapeutic practice. In brief, this means that I attend to what’s going on in the here-and-now and believe in your natural capacity for growth and that I also consider unconscious processes and the possible influences of early relationships. My approach is non-judgemental and supportive; at the same time, I encourage challenging the ways we may be used to thinking about life events and distressing thoughts and feelings with interest in your particular experiences and ways of navigating your life. I have a quiet, central office where I see adults 18+.
