About
Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives and then, be able to be who I meant to be. This strong feeling led me to study a BSc in Psychology and a MSc in Forensic Psychology among other accreditations. As a therapist in the greater Edinburgh area, I am committed to the well-being of all my clients and go above and beyond to cater to their needs. In my therapy sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behaviour. I will walk beside you the path that you want to explore, giving you support and providing you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. I’m confident you’ll find my personalised Individual Therapy beneficial and inspirational. I focused my studies upon learning to use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychotherapy Pluralistic approach to interview, design and administer treatments to work with trauma, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, addictions, OCD and personal growth. I finished a second MSc in Counselling Pluralistic approach and right now I am doing a PhD in Psychology with York St John University and researching for the BACP and UKCP, also I am teaching counselling in Abertay University in Dundee.
