I am a qualified integrative counsellor. I have been practising many years, and I am a registered Member of Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland (COSCA).
My therapy approaches are focused on integrative, person centred, psychodynamic and mindfulness. Also, the use of play therapy for children and teenagers. The counselling approaches used will be according to your needs as you share with me.
Counselling allows you to express your feelings and thoughts in a safe and non-judgemental environment. I am here to listen to you, to support you and to help you make more sense of the issues you are facing. I will be here to help you resolve those issues in the way you can manage and at your own pace. I will be with you every step of your journey towards a healthfully mental and physical wellbeing, with hope and confidence in your life.

Qualifications
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor. I hold a Diploma in Integrative Counselling focused in Person Centred and Psychodynamic Theory. CBT, Adolescent therapy, Trauma informed therapy, Mindfulness, and Somatic Practice.
